Pedestrians braved strong wind crossing Pine Street on First Avenue in downtown

The woman in the photo is walking in downtown Seattle. The wind turned her umbrella inside out. Her hair is flying around. It is a strong wind. Weather people say, “There will probably be more strong winds this winter.” The weather in the Seattle area will probably also be mostly cool, rainy, and gray. Maybe old Shakespeare had the perfect words for this winter when he wrote, “Blow, blow, blow thou (you) winter wind.”
