The Washington State Fair is the new name for the Puyallup Fair. This cow’s head was the popular symbol for the Puyallup Fair. It welcomed many visitors through the north gate. But now the cow has to go. Natalie Reetz and David Abicht are carefully taking it down because it is time to say good-bye to the Puyallup Fair and hello to the Washington State Fair. Happily visitors will still be able to see the cow at the fair museum. The fair starts on September 6 in Puyallup.

    Hello,

The photo is great, I really wanted to go to the fair this year, but I couldn’t. I hope I can see this amazing cow in the museum next year.
Great to know about this special symbol.
    Regards.
